Help your staff be effective with AI

Many teams know AI could be useful, but staff are often unsure how to use it in practice, where it can support their day-to-day work, and how to do so safely and responsibly.

This tailored two-hour session gives participants a practical grounding in the organisation's chosen AI tools, with examples shaped around their roles and working context.

What is included

  • Short preparation call

To understand the audience, the tools available to staff, and any AI guidance already in place.

  • Tailored content

The session is shaped around participants' roles and the kinds of work they actually do.

  • Live demonstrations

Using the organisation's AI of choice, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.

  • Practical examples

Examples are tailored to the organisation so participants can relate to what is being shown.

  • Responsible use

Clear guidance on accuracy, bias, confidentiality, data security, and the importance of human review.

  • Plenty of time for questions

Time to answer participants' specific questions about using AI in their own work.

What participants will learn

  • How modern AI tools work, and where their limitations matter
  • How to write clearer prompts and improve weak outputs
  • How AI can support research, drafting, analysis, and administrative work
  • How to work with documents, spreadsheets, and other everyday business information
  • How to check outputs for accuracy, bias, and missing context
  • What information should and should not be entered into AI tools
  • How to use AI responsibly within organisational guidance
  • Where AI could be useful in participants' own roles
